As you can see in this video
EVE:Legion looks somewhat completed and looks sexy I'm starting to think the only reason we are still here is to test weapons and features to milk us for money and make sure the game is balanced before they release the game on PC.
Anyone willing to add more tinfoil hat conspiracies?

The only thing they care for now weapon balancing and features to make sure eve legion is balanced

Bearing in mind that that demo of Legion took three GTX Titans to run and they hadn't play tested it successfully prior to being live on stage at Fanfest, it was the culmination of about seven months (total) worth of work, and they only showed what they did because it was literally everything they had, yeah, one could say that it was completed.
Legion we probably be the best fps pc game out there

Legion will probably be the best fps pc game out there If they can learn from the mistakes of Dust 514 and involve the community early on so we can catch the obvious issues they might not have. Just as well, if they want to separate Legion (or whatever it is) from the rest of the FPS games and make it truly unique, they need to hallmark - HARD - on that Eve link.
I'd imagine eve players setting contracts to take another eve players structure on a planet
